CAFÉ AREA. 4.1 For 90% of the Museum Opening Hours calculated across the trading year the Tenant shall keep the Café staffed, open for business and properly cared for, and must trade actively so as to comply with the obligations on the Tenant under clause 4.3 of this Agreement. 4.2 For the remaining 10% of the Museum Opening Hours calculated across the trading year the Tenant must ensure that the Café Area is serviced by well stocked high end food and beverage vending machines so as to comply with the obligations on the Tenant under clause 4.3 of this Agreement. 4.3 The Tenant shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Café offers a diverse range of food and beverages that could reasonably be expected to meet the needs of the visitors to the Building bearing in mind the nature and use of the Building and the likely customer base.
