Cable Storage Clause Samples

Cable Storage. The Supplier shall store one reel each of Powell, Mason, Hyde and California cables in an indoor storage facility and kept free from moisture to prevent rusting during the term of the contract. Reels must be covered so that the wire rope and the reel are protected from the weather. The Supplier shall deliver any cable(s) from the local storage location to the Cable Car Barn within five (5) business days. Cable so stored, remains the property of the Supplier until it is delivered to, and accepted by, the San Francisco Municipal Railway. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Line cable is ordered within 60 days of the expiration date of this contract, no additional reel need be stored. If ▇▇▇▇▇, Hyde or California Line cables is ordered within 90 days of the expiration date of this contract, no additional reels of the particular line ordered need to be stored.
