Cable Position. ▪ To reduce the impact of communication attachments on mechanical pole loading and to preserve CCPUD’s ability to place electric facilities on its poles, attachments should generally be installed as indicated in Section G, “Communication Space Clearances”. Attachments should be placed at the position which complies with CCPUD recommendations per Section G and the NESC, maintaining required clearance from electrical supply and other communication facilities. ▪ No attachments shall be made below 18’ on a pole.
