Cable Installation. Except to the extent included in the initial Tenant Improvements, no private telephone systems and/or other related computer or telecommunications equipment or lines may be installed without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. If Landlord gives such consent, all equipment must be installed within the Premises and, at the request of Landlord made at any time at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term, removed upon the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease and the Premises restored to the same condition as before such installation.
