Cable Installation. (a) The fiber optic cable shall be installed using a powered pulling winch and hydraulic-powered assist pulling wheels. The maximum pulling force to be applied to the fiber optic cable shall be not exceed manufactures recommendations. (b) All splices will be contained in a handhole or manhole.
