C15. 4.1 When a teacher-on-call completes 20 days continuous teaching in the same assignment, a temporary appointment without experience credit, but including salary adjustment, shall be granted retroactively to the commencement of the assignment.
C15. 5.2 The teacher-on-call initially assigned to a class where the teacher is absent shall have the right to continue in the assignment until the absent teacher returns, unless the teacher-on-call does not have particular skills and/or specialized knowledge essential to the assignment and another teacher on call becomes available who does.
C15. 4.26.CDetermination and extension of New Program and New Site status shall be by agreement of the Labor/Management Placement Committee (The District, Teachers’ Union and Principals’ Forum).
C15. 2 (a) Except as provided in Article C15.3 the substitute teacher list shall be re- established annually and placement of a person's name onto the list shall be subject to approval by the Superintendent of Schools or designate.
C15. 3.1 During the course of the school year, a teacher-on-call shall not be removed from the teacher-on-call list without just and reasonable cause.
C15. On page 23, the draft PPA states that “ all affected agencies will complete issuance of Title V permits according to an agreed upon schedule (info only)” This is unacceptable. A defined schedule, including associated public involvement opportunities, must be required by EPA.
C15. 5.1 With respect to Licensed Software that is to be distributed pursuant to this MPA and that is proprietary to a person other than Seller (“Third Party Licensor”), Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain a license for Buyer that enables Buyer to exercise the rights granted hereunder to distribute such third-party proprietary software components (“Third Party Software”) in the Territory (if FX is the Buyer) or outside the Territory (if XC is the Buyer) or, if Seller cannot do so, Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Buyer with a commercially reasonable alternative or use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Buyer in obtaining the appropriate license.
C15. 5.1 The MAC will be prepared in accordance with the Army Maintenance System per Army Regulation (AR) 750-1. The Army Maintenance System levels are as follows:
C15. 7.4 The PPL shall be available at the Provisioning Conference
C15. 8.5 Engineering Data for Provisioning shall be available at the Government Provisioning Conference. Acceptance or rejection of the submitted material will be determined at the Government Provisioning Conference.
