Common use of C ounterparts Clause in Contracts

C ounterparts. This Covenant may be executed in multiple counterparts or by legible facsimile copy, each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. The facsimile transmission of a signed copy hereof or of any notice to be given to the other Party or his or her agent, shall be considered valid and constitute a signed original. A signed “hard copy” of the Covenant shall not be necessary, but may be executed by the Parties.
