Common use of Bye-Laws Clause in Contracts

Bye-Laws. Norms a) While undertaking the development of the Project, the Concessionaire shall adhere to all the Applicable Laws inter alia the latest amended National Building Code of India, Local Building Bye‐laws, The Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) Code, other relevant IS Codes and practices, statutory requirements the principles of Good Industry Practices and any other norms as applicable from time to time. b) The Concessionaire shall be responsible for all the Applicable Permits and the Clearances including Change of Land Use Certificate-CLU (if required) as may be required for the development and operations of the Project. The Project shall be ready for operation after taking all the clearance(s), within 24 (twenty‐four) months of the Appointed Date. .
