By train Clause Samples

The "By train" clause specifies that transportation or delivery of goods, services, or personnel will be conducted via railway. In practice, this means that any shipments or travel arrangements covered by the agreement must utilize train services rather than other modes of transport such as trucks or airplanes. This clause ensures clarity regarding the method of transportation, which can impact costs, timelines, and logistical planning, and helps prevent disputes about the agreed-upon means of transit.
