By THISCO. In the event of a default of this Agreement by THISCO and the failure of THISCO to cure such default after notice and opportunity to cure as provided herein, Participant may terminate this Agreement and THISCO shall deliver to Participant all Materials and all other materials used, developed and/or created by THISCO in the development and creation of the Internet Pages and THISCO shall refund to Participant all amounts paid pursuant to the TravelWeb Brochure Order less a reasonable amount no greater than the price set forth on the applicable TravelWeb Order Form for such parts of the development and creation of the Internet Pages accomplished by THISCO as represented by the Materials delivered to Participant.
