By SpectraSite. SpectraSite will use its best efforts to effectuate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and to fulfill all the conditions of SpectraSite's obligations under this Agreement, and will do all acts and things as may be required to carry out SpectraSite's obligations under this Agreement and to consummate and complete this Agreement.
