By Company For Good Cause. Upon written notice, Company may terminate this Agreement and the Employment Period immediately for "Good Cause" (as hereafter defined). Upon such termination, Executive shall be entitled to receive any Base Salary earned through the date of such termination, and no other monies or benefits shall be payable or owed to Executive under this Agreement.
