Common use of By Abnormal Clause in Contracts

By Abnormal. Abnormal, at its own cost, will defend Customer from and against any Abnormal-Covered Claims and will indemnify Customer from and against any damages or costs finally awarded against Customer by a court of competent jurisdiction (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or agreed in settlement by Abnormal resulting from the Abnormal-Covered Claims.
