Common use of Buyer's Service Clause in Contracts

Buyer's Service. For as long as the Customer Support Representative(s) specified in Subclause 15.1.1 above remain(s) with the Buyer, the Buyer will furnish without charge, suitable office space, office equipment and facilities in or conveniently near the Buyer's maintenance facilities. The Buyer will provide telecommunications facilities at the Seller's cost to be invoiced on a monthly basis.
