Common use of Buyers Review Clause in Contracts

Buyers Review. The Buyer shall be fully satisfied in its sole and absolute discretion with the results of its review of, and its other due diligence investigations with respect to, the business, operations, affairs, prospects, properties, assets, existing or potential Liabilities, obligations, profits or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company and each Subsidiary.
