Common use of Buyer’s Independent Investigations Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Independent Investigations. Pursuant to the terms of this Contract, Seller has agreed to give Buyer the opportunity to investigate all physical aspects of the Property, and to make all such independent inspections and/or investigations of the Property, as Buyer deems necessary or desirable. Buyer acknowledges that it has entered into this Contract with the intention of making and relying upon its own investigation or that of third parties with respect to the physical, environmental, economic and legal condition of the Property.
