Common use of Buyer’s Closing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Closing Obligations. At Closing, Buyer shall (i) deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Adjusted Purchase Price minus the Deposit to Seller in immediately available funds to the bank account as provided in Section 3.2 and (ii) execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, to Seller the following:

Buyer’s Closing Obligations.
