Buyer NDC Numbers Sample Clauses

Buyer NDC Numbers. Buyer covenants and agrees that, within five (5) Business Days of the Closing Date, Buyer will apply for and initiate applicable processes to obtain and establish new NDC Numbers (the “Buyer NDC Numbers”) and notify Company thereof. Buyer may be permitted to sell the inventory of Product with labeling bearing the NDC Numbers as of the date hereof until the inventory of such Product is exhausted. Buyer will not sell any inventory bearing Buyer’s NDC Numbers prior to selling any products or inventory bearing Sellers’ NDC Numbers.
