Common use of Business Standards Clause in Contracts

Business Standards. Each party to this Agreement shall establish precautions to prevent its employees or subcontractors from making, receiving, providing or offering any substantial gifts, extravagant entertainment, payments, loans, or other considerations to the employees of the other party and/or their families and/or third parties in connection with this Agreement.
