Business Practice. PFEL shall not solicit or take any action that is designed or intended to have the effect of discouraging any PAPNET(R) Testing System customer, supplier, or other business associate from maintaining its business relationships with NSI or any direct or indirect subsidiary of NSI, as the case may be, after execution hereof.
