Business Opportunities and Conflicts of Interests. (i) During the Term, Employee shall promptly disclose to Employer each business opportunity of a type which, based upon its prospects and relationship to the existing businesses of Employer, Employer might reasonably consider pursuing. After termination of this Agreement, regardless of the circumstances thereof, Employer shall have the exclusive right to participate in or undertake any such opportunity on its own behalf without any involvement of Employee.
