Business of the Fund. (a) The business of the Fund is, either directly or indirectly, through one or more other pooled investment vehicles, to purchase, sell (including short sales), invest, and trade in Securities, on margin or otherwise, to engage in any financial or derivative transactions relating thereto or otherwise, and to receive investment in a master fund as part of a master-feeder fund structure, or to invest in one or more other funds as a fund of funds. The Fund may execute, deliver, and perform all contracts, agreements, subscription documents, and other undertakings and engage in all activities and transactions as may in the opinion of the Board be necessary or advisable to carry out its objective or business.
