Common use of Business Name Clause in Contracts

Business Name. Licensee shall not use the word "Dairy Queen" as a part of its corporate or business name unless first approved in writing by Company, and shall use only the words "Dairy Queen" (and no other words whatsoever) as the trade name on the store from which the product is sold.
