Common use of Business Inclusion Program Clause in Contracts

Business Inclusion Program. Unless otherwise exempted prior to bid submission, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all aspects of the Business Inclusion Program as described in the Request for Proposal/Qualification process, throughout the duration of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall utilize the Business Assistance Virtual Network (“BAVN”) at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/, to perform and document outreach to Minority, Women, and Other Business Enterprises. CONTRACTOR shall perform subcontractor outreach activities through BAVN. CONTRACTOR shall not change any of its designated Subcontractors or pledged specific items of work to be performed by these Subcontractors, nor shall CONTRACTOR reduce their level of effort, without prior written approval of CITY.
