Business Implementation. (a) The Company will grant technology sublicenses, sell SGT Proprietary Equipment and other related equipment, and provide Services to third parties in the Territory.
(b) The Company will endeavour to further expand the scope of supply of equipment from only SGT Proprietary Equipment to also including other gasification upstream and downstream technology, equipment and pre-fabricating modularization of equipment (if applicable).
Business Implementation. FreeButton shall be responsible for, at FreeButton’s sole cost and expense, all matters related to the development and production of the Product ensuring End Users are delivered a viable Product, and all training and technological support services to End Users.
Business Implementation. 39.3.1 The business implementation plan consists of the establishment of business functions and controlling bodies to enable facilitation of the effective usage of the technical solution.
39.3.2 This plan must be implemented in conjunction and in parallel to the technical implementation plan to ensure business continuity and as per schedule in clause 46 and 47.
