Business Facilities. LICENSEE agrees to develop and maintain (a) suitable office facilities within the United States, adequately staffed to enable LICENSEE to fulfill all responsibilities under this Agreement, (b) necessary warehouse, distribution, marketing, sales, collection and credit operations to facilitate proper handling of the Licensed Product, and (c) customer service and game counseling, including telephone service, to adequately support the Licensed Products.
