Business Expense Reports and Reconciliation of Company Charge Card Expenses. Executive agrees that the Severance Benefits shall not be paid until Executive submits all required business expense reports, if any, and pays for any and all non- business charges on the Company’s charge card or otherwise for which he/she is personally responsible, within thirty (30) days following termination of employment with the Company.
