Business Development Services. During the term of this Agreement, Provider will provide the following business development services (“Services”) to Recipient:
Business Development Services a. Business Developer will be dedicated part-time to recruit and develop relationships with businesses specifically in Xxxxxxx County. Eleven core services to businesses will be offered, such as hiring events, job fairs, screening and training services.
Business Development Services. RDI will pay to MBMC a fee (the “BD Fee”) equal to 6% of RDI’s total revenue from any BD Transaction involving RDI and a partner or customer introduced to RDI by MBMC (each, a “BD Transaction”) that is entered into during the term of this Agreement or any Tail Period (as defined below)). The BD Fee will be due and payable in cash, when and as the associated revenue from the BD Transaction is collected by RDI. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the BD Fee payable with respect to any BD Transaction will be reduced by the amount of any fees paid by RDI to any investment banker or finder engaged by RDI to represent it in such BD Transaction.
Business Development Services. Pursuant to this engagement, Global One shall, in consultation with Technoship, provide to it or any of its subsidiaries or associates either directly or through its own subsidiary or associate companies or through special purpose joint venture subsidiaries, to be established, a range of Business Development Services with a view to expanding or developing new markets and sources of revenue for Technoship's business. General Management & Business Development Agreement Such Business Development services shall include the recruitment and training of additional sales and technical personnel for the provision of on and offsite computer software and hardware maintenance and repair services, onsite hardware and software upgrades, set up and provision of broadband internet access, small business website development and hosting, computer network configuration, small business IT application solutions, installation of firewalls and virus protection systems and software, small business e-commerce solutions etc. to a much larger number of individuals and business computer users in Hong Kong and China.
Business Development Services. STI hereby engages MBMC, on a non-exclusive basis, to identify and introduce to STI potential parties to product development relationships, licensing relationships, customer or distribution relationships and other similar transactions or relationships with STI (each, a “BD Transaction”).
Business Development Services. The Project will finance: (i) a need assessment study of the capacity-building requirements of the implementing agencies (IAs) and the support to IAs to develop, coordinate and monitor business linkages between the farmers, the cooperatives and the enterprises; (ii) the capacity-building of farmers and enterprises selected in accordance with the criteria defined in the PIM, to improve their management and business capacity, expand their business and improve their profitability, while at the same time improving the value chain linkages between enterprises and poor rural households and their cooperatives; (iii) support the development of business plans by enterprises and/or cooperatives selected in accordance with criteria defined in the PIM; and (iv) undertake studies to value chains most important for the Project Area and Target Population in accordance with criteria defined in the PIM. The PIM will set forth the selection and eligibility criteria for the business plans and participating farmers who will be linked into a business model. A Memorandum of Understanding drafted in accordance with the model provided for in the PIM, will be signed between the participating farmers and their business partners (enterprise and/or cooperative).
Business Development Services. Based on PD Investment Committee guidance of focus areas, the PRONORTE Service Providers will undertake outreach and technical assistance and training to support the development of agribusiness and non-agricultural commercial activities, possibly including tourism and artisan products, as validated by the investment planning sub-activity. The objective will be to support the development of efficient, sustainable commercial activities that generate employment and raise rural incomes in the region. Limited assistance may be provided to other enterprises to develop valuable market linkages and networks with target individuals and organizations. The outreach plans must be approved by MCC and must incorporate gender analysis. Technical assistance to new or expanded commercial activities likely will include market access information, business plan development and legal assistance with land title registration. Technical assistance will encourage businesses to employ environmentally sustainable practices and will disseminate environmental sustainability principles. Support to commercial establishments will be delivered, to the extent possible, through private service providers and will include a significant element of cost-sharing by participating entrepreneurs, both of which are critical elements of a strategy to develop a sustainable business development sector.
