Common use of Business Card Clause in Contracts

Business Card. 5.15.1. The business card shall represent the name of the card holder, as well as the name, surname and specimen signature of the card user. Along with the personal identification code provided separately to the card user, the said information shall be relevant to the identification of the card holder/user; 5.15.2. If the Client is the business card user or/and holder, it shall be obliged to fully comply with the plastic card service regulations under this clause. 5.15.3. The Client, the business card user acknowledges that it is the property of its holder and that the user thereof shall be entitled to effect the transactions within the set limit and scope. 5.15.4. Certain restrictions may be imposed to the Client, business card holder regarding types of the Bank services, with the relevant information to be provided by the Bank at request.
