Common use of Business Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Business Arrangements. Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, other than ordinary course manufacturing arrangements, non-exclusive U.S. distribution agreements and distribution agreements outside the U.S., neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has granted rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the exclusive right of the Company or such subsidiary to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.
