Bus Network. 6.1. The network will be that which Stagecoach intends to operate in South Tyneside from the start date of this Agreement. 6.2. Stagecoach and Nexus will use reasonable endeavours to avoid any change to the network during the course of this Agreement. If a change is required, these changes should first be discussed at a Board meeting. However, in certain circumstances, such as where required by urgent operational need or commercial activity by another operator, changes may need to be made between Board meetings. In such circumstances, Stagecoach or Nexus will endeavour to keep Board members informed of their plans. 6.3. The Partners acknowledge that nothing in the Partnership Agreement prevents any operator from using improved facilities that may be provided by Nexus or the Council, and there is no intention to give exclusivity to any operator.

GNE and Nexus will use reasonable endeavours to avoid any change to the network during the course of this Agreement, unless where required by urgent operational need or commercial activity by another operator and following appropriate consultation with the Board. 6.3. The Partners acknowledge that nothing in this Partnership Agreement prevents any operator from using improved facilities that may be provided by Nexus or the Council, and there is no intention to give exclusivity to any operator.
