Building the Software Sample Clauses

Building the Software. Seller possesses and has separately stored the source code and Documentation of each and every version and release of the Software currently licensed to or used by Customers sufficient to allow each such version and release to be assembled, linked and compiled into the actual machine readable version and release used by each such Customer.
