Building Structures. PERMISSION FROM ▇▇▇▇▇ OR ▇▇▇▇▇ IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY TYPE OF DIGGING OR STAKE NAILING IS DONE to eliminate any problems with utility lines, both public and private. The city is not aware of all the wires underground. If the Camper digs without permission granted by ▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇, the Camper shall be responsible for the costs to any and all necessary repairs or replacements. The Campground is not responsible for personal injury or property that may result due to the Camper’s digging without authorization. LOCATION AND DESIGN MUST BE APPROVED BY ▇▇▇▇▇ OR ▇▇▇▇▇ PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. Inform the Campground of any structure you are thinking of building or buying for your site. ABSOLUTELY, NO DIGGING HOLES OR POURING OF CEMENT! Use cement blocks on top of ground (scraping the ground as a level base for a concrete block is allowed.) Each shed or structure requires a minimum of $100.00 deposit, depending on size. There is a restriction on shed sizes determined by site and materials used. ▇▇▇▇▇ or ▇▇▇▇▇ must approve any replacements or additions of deck, shed, etc. on lots. Maximum allowed shed dimensions: Wood shed: 6’X8’, Metal: 8’X10’, Plastic: Any size. Double decks wider than 8’ will require additional deposits.
