Building Services; Elevator. Hoisting ------------------------------------- Landlord shall provide Tenant with elevators and reasonable access to the Building, during the construction of the Tenant Improvements. As the total charge to Tenant and the Tenant Contractor for the use of such elevators during the construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall pay to Landlord only Landlord's direct, incremental labor costs for providing such elevator services.
