Building Reserves. The district will provide the following schools with a full time building reserve

b. An additional 15 schools with the historically the highest rate of unfilled absences: Anwatin, Bryn Mawr, Fair, Field, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, North, Northeast, Olson, Pillsbury, Seward, Sheridan, South, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and Whittier.
Building Reserves. In order to meet the liquid asset ratio of at least 25% of recurrent expenditure by 2015 the GOVI will contribute the following to the reserve fund over the medium term while continuing to manage recurrent expenditure growth: 2014 - $18.5M; 2015 - $18M and 2016 - $15M.
Building Reserves. If Landlord shall purchase any item of capital equipment or make any capital expenditure designed to result in savings or reductions in Expenses, then the costs for same shall be included in Expenses. The costs of capital equipment or capital expenditures are so to be included in Expenses for the comparative year in which the costs are incurred and subsequent comparative years, on a straight line basis, to the extent that such items are amortized over such period of time as reasonably can be estimated as the time in which such savings or reductions in Expenses are expected to equal Landlord’s costs for such capital equipment or capital expenditure, with an interest factor equal to the Base Rate at the time of Landlord’s having incurred said costs. If Landlord shall lease any such item of capital equipment designed to result in savings or reductions in Expenses, then the rentals and other costs paid pursuant to such leasing shall be included in Expenses for the comparative year in which they were incurred.
