Building Permit Fees Account. The Town and the Redeveloper agree that all of the building permit fees for Buildings A, B, and C (the “Building Permit Fees”) shall be tracked separately from the general funds and used to fund and support costs and payments in connection with the project, as permitted by law. Building Permit Fees shall be paid on a building by building basis as applications for each individual building are submitted.
