Common use of BUILDING MOVES Clause in Contracts

BUILDING MOVES. In accordance with applicable laws, the Licensee shall, at its expense, upon the request of any person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town, state or federal government temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). The Licensee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days advance notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes. If funds are available to defray the cost and expense of relocating the plant and equipment of any public utility or private company using such street, easement, or right-of-way, such funds shall also be made available to the Licensee.
