BUILDING MOVES. In accordance with applicable laws, Franchisee shall, upon the written request of any Person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). Franchisee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes. The cost to raise or lower wires shall be borne exclusively by the Person(s) holding the building move permit.
