BUILDING MOVES. In accordance with applicable laws, the Licensee shall, at its expense, upon the request of any person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). The Licensee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days’ advance notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes.
