Common use of BUILDING MOVES Clause in Contracts

BUILDING MOVES. In accordance with applicable laws, the Licensee shall, at its expense, upon the request of any person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). The Licensee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days’ advance notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes.

BUILDING MOVES. (a) In accordance with applicable laws, the Licensee shall, at its expense, upon the written request of any person Person holding a building moving permit issued by the Town, temporarily raise or lower its wires to permit the moving of the building(s). The Licensee shall be given not less than thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to arrange for such temporary wire changes. The cost to raise or lower wires shall be borne by the Person(s) holding the building move permit.

The cost to raise or lower wires shall be borne exclusively by the Person(s) holding the building move permit.
