Common use of Building Keys Clause in Contracts

Building Keys. Whenever a teacher would like to use specific facilities in their assigned building during non- attendance hours, advance permission shall be obtained from the building principal. When permission is granted, the principal shall provide the appropriate keys, with the affected teacher signing a form that they have received the keys and will return them by a specific date. It is understood that no District keys can be duplicated and the teacher is responsible for the cost of replacement if the keys are lost.
