Building Entry Sample Clauses

Building Entry. Landlord reserves the right to close and keep locked all entrance and exit doors of the Building during hours Landlord may reasonably deem advisable for the adequate protection of the Property. Except as to those having keys to the Building, use of the Building before 7:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., on Monday through Friday, or at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays shall be permissive and subject to such Rules and Regulations as Landlord may reasonably prescribe in connection therewith. Landlord assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the entry of any authorized or unauthorized person(s) to the Building.

Building Entry. The Grantor's aerial and underground civil works between the distribution pole or service manhole, as the case may be, and the building's electrical or mechanical room.
Building Entry. Lessee and Lessee's contractors shall abide by all applicable safety and construction rules and regulations. Entry by Lessee's contractors shall be deemed to be under all the terms, covenants, provisions and conditions of the Lease except the covenant to pay rent. All Lessee's materials, work, installations and decorations of any nature brought upon or installed in the Premises shall be at Lessee's risk, and neither Lessor nor any party acting on Lessor's behalf shall be responsible for any damage thereto or loss or destruction thereof.
