Building Division Sample Clauses

The Building Division clause defines how a construction project is separated into distinct sections or phases, often based on different types of work, locations, or trades. In practice, this clause may specify that certain parts of a building, such as electrical, plumbing, or structural components, are treated as separate divisions for purposes of scheduling, contracting, or payment. By clearly delineating responsibilities and scopes of work, the clause helps prevent confusion, streamlines project management, and ensures that each division is completed according to its own requirements and timelines.
