SMC 20.50.250.B.3 is modified as follows: Multifamily buildings or residential portions of a commercial building shall provide the following articulation features at least every 35 80 feet of façade along the street, park, public place, or open space. Parking structure façades fronting public streets shall apply to this subsection only as material, color, texture, or opening modulations and not as offset modulations:
