Building Coverage. Custodial coverage of a two (2) hour minimum will be required for any non-school sponsored weekend, or non-student day athletic practice. Any scheduled two (2) day event will require custodial coverage of a three (3) hour maximum for the first day, and a two (2) hour minimum for the second day.
Building Coverage. A. Custodial work hours and pay are set upon the expectation of a routine school day and resulting need for custodial service. Non-routine events which generate additional work for custodians shall be cause for additional hours of pay.

With the exception of emergent situations, or the approval of the Superintendent of Schools, the buildings must be under the direct supervision of an administrator from September 1 to June 30. He/she is to be on duty in the building. Xx/Sr. High School – The Principal or Vice-Principal must be physically on duty at all times during the school day (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Lunches should be staggered. In the event that they are both out for the aforementioned reasons the Superintendent of Schools must be notified, and building supervision must be formally transferred to a supervisor(s). Elementary Schools – The Principal or Vice-Principal must be on duty at all times during the school day (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Lunches for the two principals should be staggered, and the Director of Curriculum/Testing is designated in the event one principal is out or absent. If both principals are out for some emergent reason, the authority will be with the Superintendent of Schools.
Building Coverage. The amount of land within the Property covered by buildings shall be as required by the Redevelopment Plan and local zoning.
Building Coverage. Tenant shall keep the Leased Premises insured at all times during the Term of this Lease, in an amount not less than $400,000.

Additional personnel, not to exceed two (2) per event, may be brought in for building coverage for after-school events when, in the opinion of the building principal, it is necessary.
