Building Coverage Clause Samples
The Building Coverage clause defines the extent to which a property’s structures are insured under an insurance policy. It typically specifies which buildings or parts of buildings are included, such as the main structure, attached fixtures, and sometimes permanently installed machinery. This clause ensures that, in the event of damage or loss, the insurer will cover repair or replacement costs for the designated buildings, thereby protecting the property owner from significant financial loss.
Building Coverage. Custodial coverage of a two (2) hour minimum will be required for any non-school sponsored weekend, or non-student day athletic practice. Any scheduled two (2) day event will require custodial coverage of a three (3) hour maximum for the first day, and a two (2) hour minimum for the second day.
Building Coverage. A. Custodial work hours and pay are set upon the expectation of a routine school day and resulting need for custodial service. Non-routine events which generate additional work for custodians shall be cause for additional hours of pay.
B. When any Board employee, student or community person who has a building key fob uses the building after the custodian has completed his/her work in the area, the employee/person shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas used.
C. No custodian shall be held accountable nor reprimanded for conditions resulting from employee/student/community use when a custodian is not on duty.
Building Coverage. In the absence of the building administrator, the district procedure is as follows:
1. A backup administrator (teacher shall be identified at the building level)
2. If a building backup is not available, an administrator from another building shall be identified to contact for emergencies.
3. Any medical emergency, or acts of violence, should be handled by contacting emergency services through 911; then Central Office should be contacted.
4. In the absence of building administrators, building decisions shall be made as follows:
a. Backup administrator (teacher in building)
b. Outside administrator
Building Coverage. There shall be no building coverage limitation on Educational Facility sites.
Building Coverage. The Maintenance personnel will be offered the option to cover weekend and or evening building activities at the rate of one and one half (1 ½) times their hourly rate.
Building Coverage. A. When a building principal is absent from the building, due to a scheduled event or meeting, an NSEA Bargaining Unit Member may be designated by the principal to work in the front office, should emergency situations arise,
B. On all such occasions, a substitute will be hired for the NSEA Bargaining Unit Member.
Building Coverage. The total lot area covered by structures (defined below). Porches, entryways, and covered patios are included in this calculation. All accessory structures, including garages, trash dumpster enclosures, storage sheds, etc., are included in this calculation. Architectural appurtenances are included in lot coverage also (i.e., stairs, chimneys, porches, decks above the first floor, etc.).

With the exception of emergent situations, or the approval of the Superintendent of Schools, the buildings must be under the direct supervision of an administrator from September 1 to June 30. He/she is to be on duty in the building. ▇▇/Sr. High School – The Principal or Vice-Principal must be physically on duty at all times during the school day (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Lunches should be staggered. In the event that they are both out for the aforementioned reasons the Superintendent of Schools must be notified, and building supervision must be formally transferred to a supervisor(s).

The amount of land within the Site and the Hunter Fiat Property covered by buildings shall satisfy requirements of the City and this Agreement and shall equal a minimum of ten (10%) percent of the property such that the Site and the Hunter Fiat Property are fully utilized as automotive dealership facilities.
