Building Budget Clause Samples
Building Budget. A. The responsibility for the administration of the building budget shall be the principal/program manager.
B. Each principal/program manager may establish a site-based process to set budget priorities and allocations within the building.
C. A monthly financial statement accounting for all monies expended for each school building/special services shall be available to all employees upon request to their principal/program manager.
Building Budget. The teachers in each building may make recommendations, advisory only in nature, as to how the available funds in that building will be spent. If and when an annual building allocation budget has been prepared, a copy shall be made available in each building.
Building Budget. Section 7.12.1. The staff will have representation in the building budget decision-making process, and will be provided with monthly budget reports during the work year. Staff from each school shall determine who will provide representation on their behalf. The committee shall recommend priorities and allocations within the budget assigned to that building for supplies, instructional materials, and equipment. The building principal shall be responsible for administration of the budget, and in doing such, shall consider the above-prioritized recommendations before making budgetary expenditures. Building budgets are determined based on enrollment during the annual budget process and updated in January.
Building Budget. A supply and equipment budget will be established for each school building through cooperative actions of the administration and staff to develop a plan for spending the allotted amount. The plan will be shared in writing with all members of that building twice annually, utilizing the concept of needs based budgeting. All purchases shall be made by requisition and purchase order. The allotment for each building budget has been calculated based on the average student enrollments for each school building. Fort Recovery Elementary School Annual Building Budget = $4330 Fort Recovery Middle School Annual Building Budget = $2133 Fort Recovery High School Annual Building Budget = $3137 Any monies not accounted for at the end of the school year shall remain in the buildings budget fund.
Building Budget. Allocations May, 2001 The District and the Association agree that building staff will be informed of the school’s instructional budget allocation and that staff will participate in distribution decisions.
Building Budget. Staff Involvement: Each principal shall provide an opportunity for the building staff to be involved actively in budget planning. A copy of the computer printout of the monthly budget status for the building shall be kept in a readily accessible location within the building. Staff will be updated periodically on the status of the budget.
Building Budget. 7.1 As at the date of this Agreement, the Parties have agreed upon the Building Budget for the first Operating Year.
7.2 The Association Manager must, no later than two (2) months from the expiry of each Operating Year, provide to the Developer for approval its proposed Building Budget for the Services intended to be provided by the Association Manager and the Facility Services that are intended to be provided by the Facility Manager in the following Operating Year.
7.3 In preparing the Building Budget, the Association Manager must liaise with the Facility Manager and incorporate the Facility Manager's reasonable estimates of the Cost of Services and the Management Fees for the Facility Services that the Facility Manager proposes to provide to the Apartment Common Areas and the Apartment Owners Association for the following Operating Year.
7.4 The Developer must not unreasonably withhold or delay its approval to the Building Budget provided the Cost of Services and the Management Fees estimated to be incurred by or payable to the Facility Manager and the Association Manager specified in the Building Budget represent fair market value for comparable services.
7.5 Should the Parties be unable to agree upon the Building Budget for the next Operating Year, the matter shall be determined by an Expert appointed by the Parties and the cost of the Expert's determination shall be borne by the Parties equally unless otherwise determined by the Expert.
7.6 If the Parties are unable to agree upon the appointment of an Expert under clause 7.5, such matter shall be resolved in accordance with clause 23.
7.7 Until such time as the Building Budget has been agreed by the Parties (or determined by the Expert) the Association Manager shall continue to provide the Services under the Building Budget for the previous Operating Year increased by five (5) per cent.
7.8 Except in the case of an emergency, the Association Manager must not, without the prior written consent of the Developer (not to be unreasonably withheld), incur any expenses in respect to the provision of the Services that will result in the Cost of Services being significantly over the estimated Cost of Services specified in the approved Building Budget.
