Builder Incentive Program. Buyer(s) is aware that from time to time Contractor may offer “Builder Incentives”. Buyer(s) is aware that to receive Builder Incentive all conditions of said incentive must be met. These conditions may vary per neighborhood and may change from time to time without notice. Builder Incentives on already completed homes may vary from Builder Incentives offered on “to-be-built” homes. Buyer(s) acknowledges that they have received said current Builder Incentive and have carefully read and reviewed the terms.
