BUILDER CONCESSIONS Clause Samples

The Builder Concessions clause defines the specific incentives, discounts, or benefits that a builder agrees to provide to a buyer as part of a real estate transaction. These concessions may include items such as covering closing costs, providing upgrades to fixtures or appliances, or offering price reductions. The clause outlines the types and amounts of concessions, as well as any conditions or limitations that apply. Its core function is to clearly document the builder’s commitments, ensuring both parties understand what is included in the sale and reducing the potential for disputes over promised incentives.
