BUILDABILITY Clause Samples
The Buildability clause defines the requirement that a design or construction plan must be practical and feasible to construct using standard methods and materials. In practice, this clause ensures that architects, engineers, or contractors consider construction constraints, such as site conditions, available technology, and workforce skills, when developing plans. Its core function is to prevent delays, cost overruns, or disputes by ensuring that the proposed works can be executed efficiently and safely within the project's parameters.
