BUDGETING FOR SERVICES. The Memorandum of Agreement assigns the responsibility for all costs associated with maintaining and equipping the TC Facilities with the Tax Collector. Facilities Management will assist the Tax Collector to budget for these costs by providing timely and accurate cost estimates for the services provided under this Participation Agreement.
