Common use of Budgeted Deposits Clause in Contracts

Budgeted Deposits. Subject to SECTION 3.07(b), with respect to each Principal Payment Date, beginning with the Accumulation Period Commencement Date, the targeted deposit to be made into the Principal Funding Account will be the Controlled Deposit Amount for the related Payment Date.
